Cheating IDs can NEVER be Bought

Hello to ALL GameIS players,
Recently, there was a player (one of the worst cheaters on Carom3d and Astron) that was trying to make a deal to unban his IDs that we found and banned for cheating and hacking.
We obviously knew this was simply a trick, so we did our best to get more info about this player (such as full name, address, etc) to report him to authorities in his country for illegal activities.
He even made a ridiculous offer of $25,000 USD to unban about 10 IDs. We will NEVER UNBAN IDS FOR MONEY, so please do not even ask.
